License Agreement

This License Agreement ("License") governs how you may use digital templates purchased from Flavor Templates. By purchasing and downloading any template, you agree to the terms of this License.

1. License Overview

Each purchase grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template. The license is perpetual -- once you buy it, you can use it forever. This license applies to the individual or entity that made the purchase.

What You Can Do

Use the template in unlimited personal and commercial projects
Modify, adapt, and customize the template to fit your needs
Use it for client work (websites, apps, presentations built for clients)
Use it in end products that are sold to end users (SaaS, apps, etc.)
Create derivative works based on the template
Use it across multiple projects -- no per-project limits

What You Cannot Do

Resell or redistribute the template files as-is or as part of a template/theme product
Share, sublicense, or transfer your license or files to another person or entity
Share account access or download links with others
Include the template in an open-source project where the source files would be publicly accessible
Use the template to create a competing template or design resource product
Claim authorship or ownership of the original template design

2. Single License, Multiple Projects

One license covers one person (or one team within one organization). You may use the template in as many of your own projects as you like. However, if multiple people or separate teams within an organization need access to the source files, each needs their own license.

3. All Access Subscription

If you purchase an All Access subscription, you receive a license for every template in our library, including future releases during your subscription period. If your subscription expires, you retain licenses for templates released during your active subscription but will not receive access to new templates released after expiration.

4. Ownership

You own the final projects you create using our templates. We retain ownership of the original template files and design. This License grants you usage rights, not ownership of the intellectual property.

5. Attribution

Attribution is not required but always appreciated. If you would like to credit us, a simple link to flavor.dinsenholding.com is enough.

6. Warranty and Support

Templates are provided "as is." We do our best to ensure compatibility with the tools listed on each product page, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every configuration. We provide reasonable support for technical issues with our templates within 12 months of purchase.

7. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the template files in your possession. Termination does not affect end products you have already created and deployed.
